Every word spoken in the video, in 12 parts, each with the time it starts. Taken from the captions file.
0:06 Helmline is a help desk for small IT teams. Tickets, devices, time and bills sit in one place. Everything here is invented demo data, and this is an early beta.
0:21 Two machines are sending alerts. Opening the first one shows a ticket that Helmline raised by itself, with the device named and the response clock already running.
0:41 Time logged on tickets becomes lines on the invoice. Each line says which devices or time entries it came from.
0:56 Make the invoice again for the same period. The devices bill again, but the time already billed does not. Helmline never bills the same time twice.
1:10 Here a technician turns on AI help. One click sends the ticket text to Anthropic's Claude and brings back a summary and a draft reply. The screen shows the model, what this call cost, and the monthly limit. Nothing reaches the customer until the technician sends it.
1:33 On another ticket the technician copies the draft into the reply box, adds a line, and sends it. That first reply stops the response clock.
1:48 The helper can also draft a fix script. It saves it as unsigned and needing approval, with a warning to read every line. It never runs on its own.
2:11 To run a script, a technician asks for a run on a device. They cannot approve their own request. A second admin, Sam, has to read the script and approve it. Nothing runs in this demo: there is no real agent on the device.
2:41 The Trust and control panel sums up what protects the machines: how many scripts are unsigned, whether a signing key is in use, and how many devices use the strictest setting.
2:56 The audit page rechecks every link in the log. One entry was edited directly in the database beforehand, and Helmline reports tampering at exactly that entry.
3:09 Helmline, by ShipItWorks. This is an early beta, and some parts are not finished. Not built yet: patching, remote control and two-factor sign-in. To see more, write to support at shipitworks dot com.
3:25 The voice you just heard is AI-generated, using ElevenLabs. This walkthrough was recorded on the third of November, twenty twenty-six.
